• You have minimum 3 years of working experience in Marketing/Communication/Public Relations, preferably with experience in PR agencies.

• You have experience managing and coordinating consumer and media events.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Contribute to all areas of development and execution of communication for our business, working with a sense of togetherness towards common goals for the Corporate & Internal Communication function.
• Work with internal business partners from various functions to deliver communication and engagement plans that drive awareness and interest among co-workers or external partners.
• Utilize knowledge of IKEA's visual and verbal identity to conceptualize, plan, and communicate effectively.
• Lead and support the development of our communication platform, managing channels that enable connection and inspiration.
• Act as a guardian of the IKEA identity; oversee visuals on communication and share expertise to support the development of a clear corporate identity.
• Proactively guide the development of an internal communication matrix, implementing special projects and developing communication competence among co-workers.
• Establish and maintain good relations with the media to optimize IKEA publicity coverage and manage crises effectively.
• Implement communication productions within agreed timelines and budgets, documenting best practices and managing ROI.
• Maintain good relationships with agencies and business partners to coordinate internal communication.
