Ruggable is looking for a contract Social Media Coordinator who lives and breathes social media. This role will work closely with the social and influencer team to strategize and execute on opportunities to drive brand awareness and scale Ruggable’s organic social presence. This person should bring new ideas to the table, be comfortable capturing and editing content, and be able to identify social trends. An ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with and active on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest, and is comfortable searching through a large library of content in order to find the perfect image or video clip for each platform.
What You’ll Do:
Identify social and content trends and apply them to our brand.
Curate and schedule social content for Ruggable’s organic channels including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Cultivate community by regularly engaging with creators and customers on social media.
Concept, capture, and edit content.
Assist content manager with social reporting and developing insights based on content performance.
What You’ll Need to Have:
1-2 years experience working in social media
Intimate knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
Have an aesthetic eye and strong sense of taste, especially in the world of interiors, lifestyle, and creative
Has creative, out-of-the-box ideas and executes on them in a timely manner
Comfortable on camera and being featured on company social media accounts
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Basic photo and video editing experience
Ability to review data and develop actionable insights
Experience with social media scheduling tools
Experience with Asana or other project management tool
Have a passion for interior design
Compensation and Details:
$27.00 per hour
40 hours a week
Three days onsite at our Gardena headquarters
