This is a focused and impactful role for someone who blends analytical skills with hands-on execution and knows how to turn web traffic into qualified pipeline.You will manage and optimize our entire on-site SEO strategy, own CRO testing and performance across the site, and drive improvements to site speed, structure, and UX. You will also help select our SEO and CRO tools, weigh in on our future CMS platform, and play a critical role in upcoming website redesign planning. You will not be expected to write code, but you should be comfortable making meaningful updates directly within a CMS. This is not a developer role, but it is also not a coordinator role. You will be hands on and responsible for executing your own web strategies.This role lives at the intersection of growth and product marketing, ensuring our site not only reflects our brand and messaging but also performs as a true demand engine.
