About the Role

Culmen International is hiring a Web Developer to support the Research Directorate at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division. This position will be on-site in Lakehurst, NJ.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst (LKE) Mission Operations & Integration (MO&I) Department is responsible for Navy Aircraft Platform Support Equipment (SE), Aircraft Launch Recovery Equipment (ALRE), and provides support to Joint Service, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Department of Defense (DoD) programs. The team delivers logistics, engineering, and cyber work products for each aircraft and support system.

What Youll Do in Your New Role

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications.
• Leverage your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Microsoft Power Platform environment to create engaging front-end experiences and ensure seamless functionality with back-end technologies.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and other developers to develop high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in Web Development using technologies such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PHP, Node.js, SQL, .NET, and ASP.NET, along with experience in custom application development (e.g., Java, C/C++/C#, Python, Perl, Ruby). Experience within the Microsoft Power Platform environment (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, SharePoint, Teams, RPA) is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for staying current with web development trends.
• Active Secret Clearance.
