The Real Estate Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for advancing the strategic marketing plans to promote our experience, knowledge, listings, and sales by leveraging our client's success and our real estate team through video and traditional marketing on all social and search engine sites. The position requires interaction with our Team Leader of sales to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand by implementing proven marketing along with bringing ideas to the table, ready to share and execute on them. Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns based on our professional business coaching platform and also from conception to completion organically and with the use of AI tools that are aligned with our brand, both timely and effective.Basic video editing for social media platforms, search engines, thumbnail creation, email newsletters management and distribution, print flyer creation, Squarespace website page updates/expansion.Work closely with the Team Lead to assist requests for new strategic marketing plans for specific real estate listings to create the most exposure and engagement for social media graphics, AI prompts for copyrighting, or videos for posting.Monitor & analyze social media and website metrics to identify trends through detailed reporting.Maintain compliance with company policies, practices, and standard operating procedures.Participates in proactive efforts to help achieve the company goals.
Team Player.Basic video editing knowledge and experience utilizing apps and AI tools on videos for social/search engine platforms for shorts, long-form, stories, and posts.Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn), and Squarespace website platform.Agency or internship experience in Social Media is not required but is strongly preferred.The ability to think strategically and to lead social media content.Strong communication skills, advanced troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to exercise judgment and work independently.Detail-oriented with the ability to research on their own to find information to help streamline the efforts.Must be able to manage, organize, and update relevant data.
