About The Role
As a Visual Merchandising Lead, you will support, guide, and execute visual merchandising and operational processes effectively. Your goal is to drive sales by creating engaging visual stories and merchandising displays that enhance the customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support store leadership in visual and merchandising planning and execution.
- Implement visual presentation standards consistently according to corporate guidelines.
- Update merchandise displays based on product availability and sales performance.
- Enhance visual and merchandise presentation throughout the store.
- Maintain visual components in a neat, organized manner.
- Oversee installation and removal of visual initiatives in partnership with store leadership.
- Conduct store walks focusing on merchandise and visual priorities.
- Partner with the District Visual Lead for feedback and strategy alignment.
- Follow product protection guidelines to minimize shortages.
- Assist with onboarding and training new associates.
- Deliver excellent customer service by acknowledging and assisting customers throughout the store.

Required Skills
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Limited travel for new store openings.

- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail or service industries.
Pay starts at: $14.45 per hour.
