$25-27/hr
Job Summary:
Lakeshore Talent is seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary Marketing Coordinator to join our client's marketing team. In this role, you will assist in executing the division’s marketing plan, ensuring the smooth operation of strategic marketing efforts aimed at reaching the target audience within budget. This position involves close collaboration with the sales team and is integral to supporting community-specific marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management Support (25%)
Assist in organizing and coordinating events, including managing relationships with vendors.
Community Specific Signage and Model Home Checks (25%)
Oversee the placement and maintenance of community-specific signage and conduct regular checks on model homes.
Marketing Calendar and Administrative Support (15%)
Create and maintain the quarterly marketing calendar, produce weekly marketing snapshots, and provide administrative support for weekly agency submissions.
Accounts Payable for Marketing Department (15%)
Manage accounts payable processes specific to the marketing department.
MLS and Inventory Updates (10%)
Update the MLS system and provide weekly inventory updates to Realtors.
Traffic Reporting and Marketing Material Maintenance (10%)
Compile traffic reports and maintain marketing materials, including website content.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
At least 2 years of prior advertising experience preferred.
Key Skills and Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level or higher) and Adobe.
Ability to work occasional weekends for events and functions.
A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work well under pressure.
Consistently meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
