Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection.
This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.
The
Marketing Project Coordinator
is responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of high complexity marketing materials such as the Annual Notice of Changes (ANOC) and Evidence of Coverage (EOC). Provides project management and/or executional support under the direction of a lead. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Supports marketing strategies by helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget.
Executes project management best practices and tactics that align with brand objectives/goals.
Supports the strategy and coordinates planning for assigned brands and phases across the entire consumer lifecycle.
Develops and manages multiple project timelines
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
Assists team with the creation of versioning grids for various marketing materials
Proofreads high volumes of marketing materials for team as needed to ensure Compliance and to meet mandated deliverable dates
Utilizes Workfront to route materials for review across the business
Maintains desk level procedures for team material development processes
Minimum Requirements
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
Experience in health insurance or other highly regulated industry.
A self-starter with a can do attitude someone who is not afraid to jump in and take a learn by doing approach.
Must be comfortable communicating with stakeholders across multiple lines of business and various teams.
Previous use of the following programs is preferred: Workfront, Adobe Pro, and MS Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Teams)
