Overview:The Visual Merchandising Coordinator provides operational support to the Visual Merchandising Team for all Brands.Responsibilities:Manage internal tracking system for real time status of samples, from delivery to shoot through final archivingField and manage requests for samples from business partners & cross functional teamsManage incoming and outgoing requests with sense of urgency and attention to shoot datesCreate shotlists for brand photoshootsPrepare and manage Wholesale SamplesPartner with Studio Manager and Creative Team to facilitate sample needs for brand campaigns & other necessary brand projectsOrganize and restore samples so its in ready condition at all timesAssist Visual Team in setting up floorsets and in store marketing campaigns in our in office Mock-store.Qualifications:2 years of experience requiredBe a team player with a focus on collaborationBe proficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelRetail store experience preferredStrong communication skills both written and verbal.Extremely organized and detail oriented.Time Management Skills- Efficient with ability to multi-task and prioritizeTravel may be required, based on business needs.Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration.
