Roster manages the hiring process for top global creators and brands. Johnny Chang, a spiritual education creator with 538K YouTube subscribers, is seeking a Technical Podcast Producer to engineer the production of the Unlearned Wisdom Podcast. We are helping fill this position.

Requirements :
- Based in Los Angeles and available to work in-person at the studio
- Strong portfolio of past podcast production and livestream work
- Systems and processes oriented with team leadership experience within structured workflows
- Deep experience with multi-camera video shoots
- Proven expertise with podcast audio equipment, including mixers and microphones
- Experience with content strategy and YouTube performance analysis
- Highly organized, able to multitask efficiently, and follow detailed checklists
- Calm under pressure with troubleshooting skills
- Creative with the ability to identify compelling content moments
- Proficient with Sony A7siii, OBS, Adobe Audition, Streamlabs, ATEM Mini Pro ISO, RØDECaster Pro II
- Experience with Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Notion, ClickUp, and YouTube Studio Analytics
Responsibilities :
This role offers competitive compensation ($3,500-$5,600 / month) and the chance to be a key technical figure in a growing spiritual education movement impacting lives globally.
