HDR is currently seeking a Digital Content Creation Lead to join our Resources Business Group.
The right candidate will work as part of the RBG Professional Services organization to advance digital design initiatives and contribute to the development, adoption, and implementation of advanced tool platforms in support of HDR design groups. The position includes focused coordination with HDR's corporate cross sectors, design services groups, and production centers. Primary duties will include creating, coordinating, and organizing digital templates, 3D component libraries, and standard details used in support of our Resources Business Group and associated Market Sectors (i.e. Power, Waste, and Industrial). Duties will include model management and model health initiatives and furthering RBG's acceptance of 3D design and digital delivery methods.
The RBG Digital Content Creation Lead (CCL) will work closely with the RBG Digital Design and Delivery Lead (DDL) on integration efforts relating to BIM content and will support the overall vision and initiatives of the RBG core team concepts related to digital design and production. Additional job responsibilities include assisting plan, develop, and maintain BIM content; deployment and/or creation of design tools, CAD/BIM interfaces, scripts, and technical instructions; and technology/workflow awareness outreach activities. Additionally, the RBG DDDS will work directly with the RBG DDL to maintain content libraries inclusive of all disciplines and business groups with assistance from internal expertise as a primary responsibility.
