We’re looking for an experienced creative director of people, who can tell the story of our brand, and get it out to the world, scoping it in a way that allows our valued customers to really dive into our lifestyle brand.ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement our Brand StoryInfluence our creative writing in all of our employee and customer mediumsBuild strategic campaigns to drive an energy lifestyle brandEffectively work with leaders in the company to drive culture and passion through story telling and brand creative workCreate and implement highly creative and strategic creative solutions across multiple channels, including direct mail, print collateral, advertisements, presentations, and brand identityDrive integration of art direction and design to different media channels, including digital, print, and videoStay updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing, ensuring our creative work is innovative and industry-leading.Establish strategic and compelling content across multiple social and digital platforms by leveraging creative visual conceptsProvide strategic and creative recommendations and offer new ideas, concepts, and designs to continuously drive new business opportunitiesAchieve the brand’s objectives and adhere to financial policies and procedures in relation to plans and budgetsFoster a collaborative and inclusive creative environment, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing within the team.Qualifications10+ years of relevant agency experience in creative campaign developmentA portfolio that will WOW us with creativity that drives national headlinesBachelor’s degree in creative writing, marketing, PR, journalism, or a related fieldExceptional presentation skillsStrong management and leadership skillsDigital fluencyExcellent project management skills.
