Facilitates the analysis of MPC Direct Operations programs with the goal of improving brand image, store performance, and marketing program execution. This individual will have the opportunity to interact with field teams, vendors, and key business partners. The position is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter, advanced Microsoft Power BI/Tableau skills required (SAP and Salesforce knowledge is a plus) and a willingness to learn and support both internally developed and third-party programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manages and reports on key program metrics that support the delivery of the Direct Dealer business.Creates specialized dashboards and analyzes data to improve business decisions and provides the organization with key insights.Supports the delivery of various communications to the Direct Dealer network and field operations teams. This includes updates and management of a third-party content platform.Develops various tools that measure the compliance of promotional activities.Collaborates with key business personnel, the law team, business partners and vendors.Manages and/or supports various projects as assigned and looks for continuous business improvement opportunities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Minimum Bachelor's degree required.Minimum 3 years of retail experience required, including experience supporting marketing programs.Power BI experience required.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:Advanced Microsoft Suite skills including PowerPoint and Excel.Analytical thinking and attention to detail.Fully competent, experienced professional; able to carry out range of professional duties.Demonstrates in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge.Solves complex problems.Self-sufficient; works independently, receives minimal guidance.
