As a Marketing Strategist for Locknet Managed IT, a division of EO Johnson Business Technologies, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that align with Locknet's business goals and objectives.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team, the leadership group, and sales team to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies that drive revenue, enhance customer engagement and elevate Locknet's market presence.
This is position is a hybrid work environment (minimum of 3 days in the office).
Advises on and formulates strategies to help grow Locknet products and services, through enhanced marketing initiatives, and engagement with industry groups, professional associations, and the broader business communitiesPlays a crucial role in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance Locknet's brand visibility, drive client engagement, and generate leadsCollaborates with the sales and service delivery to align marketing efforts with lead generation goalsResearches industry-specific awards, rankings, and certifications and leads data gathering and complete/submit nomination forms (examples include: MSP Mentor, MSP 501, and other related opportunities)Conducts market research, competitor analysis, and data analysis to inform strategy development and decision-making in collaboration with the marketing teamDesigns and collaborates with the sales leadership on presentations, coordinating and promoting webinars and special events, as well as enhancing proposals and quarterly business reviews to improve the overall client experienceWorks closely with Communications Manager to provide recommended blog articles, enhancements to digital content, including social media posts, along with the development and design of quarterly newslettersManages the delivery and reporting of annual customer satisfaction survey, as well as the coordination and creation of buyer persona surveysAssists with trade show management including conference registration, attendance, sponsorships, manage and distribute promotional items, as well as, display coordination and designManages the marketing development funds in tandem with Locknet leadership and marketingAttends quarterly sales meetings and monthly leadership meetings to stay informed about product updates, industry challenges, client engagements, and new opportunitiesAttends industry conferences to network, understand, and share industry best practices with Locknet leadership in collaboration with the marketing teamCollaborates closely with other marketing team members, the leadership group, sales departments, external partners, agencies and vendors to execute the digital marketing programs and campaignsProactively keeps abreast of the latest marketing trends, techniques and innovative tactives to ensure Locknet stays at the forefront of the competitionPerforms other duties, as assignedMINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
College degree in marketing, communications or related fieldProven experience (3+ years) in a marketing rolePREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of the information technology industryKnowledge of HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Power BIADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
