Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.Five or more years of proven working experience managing digital marketing with emphasis on social media marketing execution, particularly within the B2B sector.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite or related software, and social media applications.Hands-on experience in content management.Excellent communication and copywriting skills.Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM, keyword research, Google analytics and Meta analytics.Experience in creating and delivering digital content (text, image, and video) to build and manage campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate a target audience.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Duties/Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive, cohesive digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, social media, website and display advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.Integrate digital marketing execution between the various digital marketing elements globally.Ensure the website is user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and optimized for conversions.Manage all digital content; develop relevant, valuable and SEO optimized digital content.Generate inbound traffic through SEO through adjusting site content as needed.Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against KPI goals.Identify trends and insights, while optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.Create, curate, and manage digital content (images, video, written and audio/podcast generated in-house as well as by influencers and key opinion leaders).Collaborate with global marketing team, generating and sharing optimized digital content.Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, integrating with Garrison's overall marketing campaign plan and channels.Continuously seek best practice benchmarks to inform digital marketing improvements.Converse with customers and prospects through the various social channels in a timely manner as questions and comments are received.Create and manage an online review funnel for building online reviews and reputation.
