To be successful in this role, the candidate must be highly self-motivated, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies needed to execute successful marketing campaigns.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the companys business activitiesEnsure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (events, email campaigns, web pages, social media, and physical promotional material)Identify, lead, and manage opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market shareIdentify, pursue, and otherwise manage lead generation and executionAnalyze marketing data including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns based on total ROIProduce and organize valuable content for the companys online presence, editorial design, and publicationsParticipate in the planning of company objectives, routinely monitor progress, and submit performance reportsPerform additional assignments as requested by the President and Executive Vice PresidentREQUIREMENTS10+ years experience overseeing marketing efforts at a Managerial or Directorial level within the Construction, Engineering, or other closely related industrySales Experience a major plusExperience running successful marketing campaignsStrong knowledge of SEO + SEM analyticsExcellent time management & organization skillsKnowledge of relevant software: CRM, Email Marketing, Social Media management, CMSExcellent time management & organization skillsBachelors in Marketing (or closely related field)Masters a plus but not requiredProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) RequiredValid California Drivers License RequiredCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSFull-Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pmOnsite in Bellflower, CA$95,000

We evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidates region/town/cost of living.For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicants location, level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate, the amount we have budgeted internally, and internal equity within the company for the same position.
