Sunriver Resort, L.P., owns and operates Sunriver Resort (SRR), Caldera Springs, Sunriver Resort Property Management, and Sunriver Realty.
The Creative Services Manager will perform work requiring invention, imagination, originality and talent in this recognized field. They will work collaboratively with the marketing team, consultants, vendors, and Sunriver Resort individual business unit (IBU) leaders to execute the marketing plans for each business unit.

Responsibilities:Brand Marketing Creative:Collaborate with marketing team & agency partners to maintain a cohesive creative approach in all brand marketing creative applicationsProactively problem-solve creative solutions through critical thinking, consumer-first perspective, and alignment to strategic marketing plan & brand standardsDemonstrate accountability to both business & brand needs of the organizationBrand Marketing Content Creation + Management:Ensure resort photography and video assets are current and meet brand standards.
Manage photo and video shoots.
Work with departments and marketing team on identifying photo and video needs. Work with outside vendors, as needed, to accomplish these duties;Maintain content creation + management standard operating procedure, brand content library, and digital asset management systemBrand Marketing Design Production:Work with internal Sunriver Resort departments on project-based creative needs.Ownership of assigned projects including strategic implementation, information & research gathering, defining deliverables, timeline & budget management, and final deliverables that align to strategic marketing plan & brand standardsResponsible for design/updates and printing of collateral materials, such as advertisements, community maps, brochures, flyers, etc;Manage outside vendors to create and submit print advertisements in magazine and/or newspaper media as neededParticipate in all meetings with outside marketing and advertising agencies.
Manage deadlines and budgets for all approved marketing activities;Produce a superb work product in a professional manner in keeping with the standards of the companyPerform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Bachelors Degree, or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in brand marketing design, graphic design, or related field and/or proven equivalent related experience and education;Branding experience;Experience in resort hospitality marketing strongly preferred;Energetic self-starter with strong leadership skills and work ethic;Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook;Proficiency with Digital Asset Management platforms (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canto or equivalent)Must be able to drive own vehicle;
