Associate Digital Designer
within the creative team at Hyatt Inclusive Club, one of our 14 industry-leading luxury brands. The Associate Digital Designer is part of the creative team with responsibilities for maintaining and developing digital creative artwork that helps strengthen brand value, drive awareness, customer engagement, and support of the strategic growth and development of Hyatt Inclusive Collection collection of luxury leisure brand resorts. The Associate Digital Designer will work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with Hyatt Inclusive brand strategy and content guidelines.

A successful Associate Digital Designer will:
Have an eye for detail and passion for design, both digital and traditional mediums.Be eager to learn and grow within both digital and traditional platforms.Work with Designers and Art Directors to ensure all marketing assets are aligned with the business strategy and business objectives.Collaborate with marketing team to update and maintain existing print, digital and video assets on Digital Asset management site for company wide distribution.Review and maintain artwork to ensure content, color and specs are aligned with brand standards.Support creative development and deploy marketing material for the Hyatt Inclusive brand of products to include emails, digital and occasional print ads, websites, brochures, flyers, and related B2B and B2C content for all Hyatt Inclusive brand products.Participate and contribute in brainstorm sessions.Manage and log time on projects weekly.Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.Exhibit exceptional time management, critical thinking, and communication skills.Stay current on design trends, innovations, and technology.Manage multiple team projects, troubleshoot issues/constraints and drive a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.Demonstrate a commitment to ALG core values (included in all job descriptions).The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. A successful Associate Digital Designer will have:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web, Interactive, or similar field.1-3 years of l design as part of an ad agency or in-house team with digital and or traditional design experience.Must have online portfolio demonstrating relevant digital and design experience.Typography skills and an eye for detail.Experience collaborating with Designers, Art Directors, web developers and project managers.Knowledge of asset management.Ability to professionally communicate and present ideas.Understanding of the creative and digital production process.Proven project organization and time management skills.Microsoft Office: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Awareness of UX/UI.Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively.Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG 2.0. A, AA, etc.).Additional Required Experience:
Proficient in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Ability to work in HTML5 and CSS.Knowledge of CMS.Experience with Project Management Tools (Workfront, Smartsheet).About Apple Leisure Group
