Responsibilities
The User Experience (UX) Strategist is responsible for designing and implementing seamless, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across the consumer lifecycle. This role combines high-level UX strategy with hands-on design for digital interfaces. This role will shape the voice and structure of our user experiences, ensuring our content is not only clear and consistent, but deeply connected to user needs and business goals. The UX Strategist will work closely with the broader Marketing team, IT, Product Management, and Customer Service teams to evaluate existing experiences, identify opportunities, design and test new concepts, and implement improvements that enhance user engagement.
This role defines simple, straightforward user experiences by applying expertise in writing and user experience design. It is responsible for writing, editing, testing, and refining content to enhance product usability and ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across user touchpoints.
The UX Strategist develops and maintains user experience flows, including in-product messaging, interface language, navigation, alerts, and other key elements of the interface. It ensures that content is integrated seamlessly into the design system and supports intuitive, user-centered interactions.
The role also conducts user research and applies insights to inform content strategy and interface language. It crafts messaging that resonates with users, supports accessibility and inclusivity standards, and contributes to business goals by driving engagement and improving user satisfaction.
This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office at our Headquarters (in Enola, PA) 2-3 days per week. This position may require in-person training.
SKILLS
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and human-centered design
• Experience conducting content audits, gap analyses, and readability assessments to optimize messaging, layout, and overall user experience
• Experience with content design systems and UX writing principles
• Experience analyzing user feedback and performance metrics to inform content/design decisions and recommend continuous improvements
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Translate user needs and research into actionable content strategies that improve engagement and user outcome
• Familiarity with journey mapping and user experience optimization
• Familiarity with A/B testing and accessibility
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
• Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
• Ability to sit for extended time periods
• Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
• Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects

This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location. We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent, so our compensation packages are thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique qualifications and contributions of each candidate.
The minimum salary for this position is:
$76,000+/yr
