Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Architectural Designer located in Campbell, CA. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Creating Construction Drawings (all phases)
• Reviewing plans to ensure adherence to specs, standards, codes and regulations
• Monitor budgets/schedules and maintain project documentation
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients, consultants and team

Qualifications

• Experience in creating Construction Drawings
• Experience with Revit Architecture/ AutoCAD/ Adobe PDF, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Knowledge of Building Codes
• Self-motivated/ Positive Attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team and coordinate with other design professionals
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Commitment to their own professional growth; preferably to obtaining licensure as an architect
