We offer a broad range of custom solutions tailored to individual needs, including perennial plantings, custom patios and retaining walls, dry creek beds, edible gardens, irrigation and lighting systems, and much more. After project completion, customers can enjoy monthly gardening tips via email as well as ongoing landscape maintenance services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

We are seeking a Landscape Designer who brings both creativity and empathy to their work - someone who prioritizes people in every design decision. Based in the Seattle area, you’ll help shape outdoor spaces that are not only beautiful and sustainable, but also a true reflection of our clients’ lives, values, and everyday needs.

• Design residential landscapes with a strong focus on user experience
• Translate client visions into thoughtful and functional outdoor environments
• Develop site plans, planting designs, and construction document
• Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the design process
• Conduct site visits and ensure designs meet local codes and environmental standards

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Experience in Landscape Design or related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing customer-centered design thinking
• Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Passion for sustainable, inclusive, and accessible design
