The App Store Marketing team is looking for an experienced leader to define the strategic vision, and drive the planning and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns designed to drive meaningful revenue growth. This role is a leadership position that requires innovation, insights, and a deep understanding of how to deliver impactful, results-driven campaigns at scale. You will be responsible for shaping the global campaign roadmap to support our overarching performance marketing objectives, including seasonal campaigns, as well launch and in-app event campaigns to promote some of the world’s largest apps and games . You will directly lead execution for select campaigns—from brief development through launch—while also providing oversight and guidance to other campaign owners, including your direct reports and regional marketing teams.
Description
As the Growth Campaigns Lead, you’ll partner closely with a variety of cross-functional teams—including channel leads, creative, editorial, and business teams—to define campaign objectives, strategy, guide execution, and drive clarity across functions. You will collaborate regularly with international marketing teams around the world to align regional campaign strategies with global marketing goals and learnings. Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence and drive consensus, will be critical to your success. You will regularly craft and deliver flawless presentations to senior audiences, distilling complex information into clean and compelling narratives.
As a team leader you will bring structure to campaign execution, setting timelines, roles and responsibilities, and processes that keep individuals on track and unblocked. With your fresh perspective, you will have the opportunity to create new processes and engagement models with internal partners to enable tight, efficient collaboration. You will establish a strong team culture centered on teamwork, innovation, and results as you support the career development of a high-performing team of marketers. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, playing a critical role in the App Store’s continued success.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in integrated consumer marketing, growth marketing, and/or campaign management roles
Games industry experience and/or two-sided platform experience
Demonstrated success in driving measurable impact through performance marketing
Proven ability to build comprehensive marketing plans and briefs encompassing market context, competition, target audience, and performance metrics
Experience collaborating closely with international and/or regional marketing teams in other markets to deliver global campaigns
Analytical skills and a data-driven mindset; experience using data to optimize strategy, performance, and business impact
Exceptional interpersonal skills; thrives working on highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, fostering trust, handling decisions with ease while navigating ambiguity
Proven success managing performant teams, supporting and growing team members’ career development
Strong project management skills, including experience overseeing large budgets and multi-stakeholder execution of highly complex campaigns and initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with storytelling skills, including the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to executive audiences
Ability to work with teams across time zones, most notably Asia markets
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across an organization.
Previous experience working within a large technology company
Experience with campaigns in Asian markets preferred
Agency-side experience is a plus
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $191,400 and $288,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
