Our client's in house creative agency team is seeking a
Creative Studio Traffic Manage r for a
6 month assignment.
*Ideal Candidates are located Seattle or Nashville area (near office), but can also be 100% remote [PST, MST, and CST preferred]*
Responsibilities/Duties:Manage creative asset production/developmentField and vet requests from partners before creative intakeEstablish timelines and resources in AsanaFollow up with creatives and partners on deliverables to ensure timely deliveryManage a high volume of requests at various stages in development.QA copy and design before deliveryBasic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in production trafficking, marketing project management, creative development or similar experience.Proficient in
or similar project management tracking system.Excellent time management of both one's self and teamFamiliar with creative specs and mediums: web, paid, organic, static, video, audio, etc.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior managementBA/BS requiredPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with creative QC/QAExperience w/ Global/large scale projectsCreative agency or in-house experienceExperience with multi-language initiativesHave relentlessly high standards and a high attention to detail.Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlinesConfident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for actionProven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environmentSkills:

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $28.79 -$32.79 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
