Compensation & Benefits:This is a full-time, salaried position. Salary is $60,000 plus benefits packages, including medical, dental, and vision insurance (available on the first day of employment), 401K, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:•Design and create marketing materials such as quarterly newsletters, brochures, flyers, posters, digital ads, social media content, and emails to promote club events, amenities, and offerings•Collaborate with various departments to compose and edit marketing verbiage, develop targeted and effective marketing campaigns•Manage social media accounts and create engaging, polished content to attract and retain followers, increase and maintain registration•Maintain and update the club's website with current information and imagery•Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement•Develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all club materials•Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing and design
Requirements:•Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field•Minimum of 3 years experience in graphic design and/or marketing•Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator•Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation•Excellent communication and collaboration skills•Ability to multitask and manage projects with tight deadlines•Creative and strategic mindset with attention to detail•Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including some weekends and evenings•Familiarity with the country club industry is a plus
