Job Overview You are creative and proactive with expertise in strategic event planning and can bring unparalleled attention to detail in your execution of high-level, luxury experiences. Success in this role means you have proficiency in conceiving, planning, and bringing to fruition client activations and bespoke experiences with significant ROI.
About the RoleSource & secure entertainment, linens, florals, furniture, food & beverage using internal vendor lists or vetted contactsManage event-related travel arrangements for assigned territoryLiaise & book corporate approved ModelsPayment reconciliation and invoice managementManage event-related donation needsManage assigned responsibilities in event ordersMaintain schedule of events under the direction of the Event ManagerAssist Event Manager with budget tracking and forecasting for assigned territoryLiaison between the Event Manager and Creative team on printed material & collateral from concept to final productEffectively communicate assigned territory events cross functionallyCreate and maintain event documents and foldersStep in as needed for cross territory supportWhat You Bring to the Team
Deep professional event planning experience.Hands on event planning experience for complex corporate or non-profit.Luxury, end to end event planning is required.You are extremely organized and can to prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.Attention to detail is part of who you are.You are well versed in logistics and vendor management.You can anticipate event-related issues before they arise, managing with a positive, flexible communication style when needs or priorities shift based on last-minute changes.
Pay Transparency Targeted base compensation is $70,000 plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
