Brown Group Companies has an opportunity for a part-time Marketing Assistant. Flexible hours, 15-25 hours a week, M-F. Wide array of job responsibilities to assist the marketing department and in-house prints shop.
Job Summary:
Assist Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinators with tasks assigned such as maintaining counts and organization of marketing and POS material, administrative duties, preparing gift bags, labeling barrels, and fill in for sampling events as needed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Lives and models BROWN VALUES in everything we do.Assist the Marketing Director and Coordinators with projects and regular tasks.Preparing marketing gift bags and give aways.Placing sticker labels on barrels.Assisting in the print shop when needed.Attend product samplings at off-site locations.Assist with inventory and organization of marketing materials.May use personal vehicle or company vehicle on occasion for off-site eventsPhysical Demands:
Able to lift up to 40 lbs.Must be able to bend, stoop and climb on a frequent basis.Work Environment:
Work in many different environments: outside, inside, warehouse, dock areas.Qualifications
Qualifications:
Valid drivers license and approved driving record.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
