General Summary of Posi ion:
he Dispa cher Level III oversees and moni ors he work performed by Dispa cher Level I's. Incumben s in his posi ion es ablish s affing schedules, coordina e and conduc employee rainings and oversees and ensures compliance wi h universi y policies and procedures, as well as he rules and regula ions of he Federal Communica ions Commission. Incumben s also receives, reviews and ransmi s messages over a s a e and federal compu er ne work, a fixed radio broadcas sys em, a police records managemen sys em and elephone, all under he rules and regula ions of he Federal Communica ions Commission. Employees in his class opera e radio ransmi ing and receiving equipmen ; main ain records and logs of messages; search files o ob ain informa ion; coordina e radio communica ions; and perform rela ed work as required.

Gradua ion from high school and/or possession of a high school diploma and a leas hree years of work experience in he opera ion of emergency elecommunica ion sys ems, one year of which mus have been in a supervisory capaci y.
