Brief Description: Product Manager, EPIDIOLEX HCP Marketing As a key member of the EMD marketing team, this person will play an essential role in ensuring the commercial success of EPIDIOLEX. In this position, you help enable the success of the HCP marketing team. You will manage several initiatives, including short term execution, as well as helping drive new capabilities that will set the brand up for success in the mid to long term. The ideal candidate possesses strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills, a track record of successful execution, excellent communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and a passion to serve patients while demonstrating the Jazz corporate values . Core Functions & Expectations: Seeking a team-player who can flex both strategic and tactical expertise across non-personal and personal HCP efforts to deliver on brand objectives. This person will report to the HCP Marketing Director. Execute key HCP Congress sponsorships and support additional exhibit commitments as needed Manage branded, nonpersonal promotion tactics, including HCP website, CRM communications and rep-triggered emails. Support the implementation of marketing campaigns to reach and engage target HCPs, including Long-Term Care initiatives Lead critical label updates Support brand operations, including leading assets through PMRC Partner with multiple functions, teams and vendors (creative agency and commercial counterparts, Legal, Reg, Medical, Sales, IT, Marketing Ops, etc) to execute projects on time and on budget Represent the brand vision and marketing team objectives at all times while adhering to regulatory, medical and compliance marketing parameters Qualifications: Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 2 years of marketing and media experience. Hybrid work environment includes the ability to work remotely as well as working in the Carlsbad office as needed. Travel expectations up to 40%. Responsibilities may require a work schedule that may include working outside of “normal” work hours in order to meet business demands.
