The Competitive TME plays a crucial role within the Go-To-Market/Business Operations team, providing competitive analysis, intelligence, and comparisons of HPE Aruba Networking with industry vendors. This involves collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver technical content and insights. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with technical teams on network protocols and data center technologies. Simulate and compare network topologies and solutions in lab environments. Present competitive analyses at events and webinars. Create technical collateral, including testing reports, sales materials, and competitive updates. Manage lab equipment and inventory. Required Skills
BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent hands-on experience is acceptable. 10+ years of relevant experience. Deep understanding of network protocols such as BGP, EVPN, VxLAN, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, IPv4, IPv6, etc. Knowledge of Data Center architectures and technologies. Excellent communication and public speaking skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Preferred Skills
Industry certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or HPE ANW Certified Expert. Experience with multiple network operating systems (Cisco, Juniper, Arista). Familiarity with traffic generation tools and lab management. Additional Skills
Knowledge in Cloud Architectures, DevOps, Microservices, Security, UX, and related areas. What We Offer
