Job DescriptionGeneral Summary:The Healthcare Provider (HCP) Brand Senior Manager reports to the US Pain HCP Lead and will support the HCP US Pain Marketing team for the launch of VX-548 in acute pain. Specifically this role will directly be responsible for: HCP brand campaign and messaging, core visual aid and derivative field materials, brand website development, and supporting the roll out of these materials to the Sales team. To be successful, we are seeking a candidate that has an ability to drive stakeholder alignment across various levels; experience developing HCP content and navigating Medical, Legal and Regulatory reviews; experience working closely with an agency and managing expectations and timelines; and demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional workstreams. The successful candidate will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-focused and cross-functional collaborative work environment.This position is Boston, MA, based at our Company HQ (3 days onsite, 2 days remote weekly).Key Duties and Responsibilities:Shape and refine branded HCP messaging that will resonate and be a reason to believe in trying VX-548 in their patients with acute pain. Become a content development expert across both unbranded and branded campaigns.
Leverage HCP segmentation knowledge to develop content and select content delivery channels, taking into consideration the differences by HCP specialty and sub-specialties that address acute pain. Collaborate closely with Data Strategy and Solutions (DSS), Marketing Science, Clinical Development and Medical to define and refine acute pain HCP populations.
Drive content execution, including the branded HCP creative campaign, oversight of the advertising agency, and partnering closely with the communications review committee (CRC) to ensure on-budget, effective and timely deliverables.
Oversee development, fielding, and analytics of HCP content market research.
Work with core Marketing team members (Patient, Digital, Market Development) to design, build, and execute marketing tactics that educate HCPs and develop strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Global, and Medical teams, among others
Support field training to ensure HCP content in field marketing materials is rolled out to the field in a way that makes them clear and effective communicators to their HCP customers that treat acute pain.
Knowledge and Skills:Ability to effectively communicate compelling strategy and tactical execution of Sales and Marketing content and complex ideas to cross-functional audiences at all levels of the organization.
Strong written communication skills, presentation delivery, and interpersonal skills to be effective in a team environment.
Ability to work independently and manage external partner relationships.
Detail orientation and strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.
Demonstrated understanding of the legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements for pre- and post-approval activities and ability to model expected behavior for the team.
An entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.

Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, scientific area, or related field
Typically requires 6 years of experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience in
with preference for direct experience in Hospital HCP marketing, product commercialization, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
Other RequirementsAbility to travel domestically 20-30%.
This position is based in Boston and is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in office
Launch experience and/or experience in Pain Medicine Marketing may be helpful for this role, but are not required
