We are looking for a Product Designer with a strong passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that drive customer engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of user behavior, and a proven track record of crafting intuitive and effective ecommerce experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to shape the future of our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to translate wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity UI designs that embody our brand's visual identity while prioritizing user-centered design principles. Create pixel-perfect UI assets, including icons, buttons, banners, and other visual elements, maintaining a consistent and cohesive design language throughout the website. Develop responsive designs that ensure an optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes. Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, and translate them into design solutions that balance user experience with business objectives. Conduct thorough competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our UI designs remain innovative and relevant. Participate in usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs and user interactions. Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth handoff of design assets, provide guidance during the implementation phase, and address any design-related issues that arise. Proactively contribute to the evolution of our design system, including design patterns, guidelines, and UI components, to maintain design consistency and efficiency. Actively seek and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a collaborative and creative design environment. Leverage quantitative insights, usage metrics, and behavioral data to transform customer pain points into impactful design solutions." Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual art and/or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on designing for apps. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI design projects with an emphasis on ecommerce and responsive web design. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of front-end development principles is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale. Hands-on experience designing for mobile platforms, with a strong understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design principles.
