A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, or a related field.
8+ years of relevant experience working in an HR or Communications capacity with a strategic focus and global responsibility.
Ability to synthesize complex and technical HR content into simplified, digestible language.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in managing communication initiatives during organizational change.
Experience managing roll out (communications and capability) of a large-scale complex global project.
Exhibit a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, exceptional teamwork, and collaboration skills.
Experience with the latest technology used in the communications and capability/training fields.
Proficiency in data analysis and measurement techniques for evaluating the effectiveness of communication strategies.
The ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with HR professionals, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and engage others.

Experience in working with third-party HR or communication vendors.
