What to Expect:
Develop strategies and tactics to grow market share and develop the mammography market.Build culture and enthusiasm within the team and broader organization.Cultivate and foster relationships with our internal stakeholders.Utilize the big picture framework to understand the product and product category, the drivers, and barriers.Use analytical methods to size the market and arrive at an actionable marketing strategy to drive growth.Develop and implement tactics – Direct to sales (marketing collaterals, sales training, spiffs), direct to physician (Tradeshows, marketing campaigns) and physician to physician.Implement and execute against Key performance indicators to ensure launch and marketing strategy success.Manage day to day field-based inquiries and requests.Own the forecasting for USA.Provide inputs during demand reviews.Engage customers via customer visits. Engage commercial teams via field rides.Partner successfully with cross functional teams like commercial excellence, medical relations, sales training, marketing communications, service engineering, and clinical applications.Responsible for P&L for the portfolio.
What We Expect:
4+ years of product management or marketing experienceExperience with medical device marketing requiredAdvanced degree in technical or business disciplines preferred.Experience in consumer and/or patient marketing preferred.Advanced degree in marketing or business preferred.Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Strong project management and communication skills, ability to absorb complex technical product knowledgeAbility to travel required as needed (~25%)
The annualized base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $204,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
