KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | ACCOUNTABILITIES
Collaborate and contribute to the prototyping, development, and installation of diverse and intricate interactive exhibits.Lead and support training initiatives, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment while mentoring team members.Foster relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure projects align with diverse perspectives and needs.Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation for all exhibits, encompassing parts lists, technical descriptions, and schematics to promote accessibility and understanding across varied skill sets.Develop and implement software backups and troubleshooting procedures, promoting inclusivity by considering diverse user experiences and needs.Design and customize software solutions for a spectrum of control systems, including PLC, microprocessor (Arduino), PC, and specialized systems, ensuring adaptability for diverse technological environments.Uphold a culture of safety, cleanliness, organization, and inclusivity within the workspace, promoting an environment that welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and abilities.
