Lead the development of an RF printed circuit that forms the heart of a communications satellite payload. Establish best practices and procedures while keeping the team nimble. Translate high level concepts and objectives into detailed requirements and designs. Design, build, test and qualify RF printed circuit boards.
Broad experience with RF circuit design in the 10 GHz to 30 GHz range.
Experience designing common analog devices such as amplifiers, up and down converters, filter banks and switching matrices.
Familiarity with a wide range of analog RF components including LNAs, SSPAs, local oscillators, mixers, filters, drivers, power divider / combiners, switches, and attenuators.
Experience with common RF design tools such as HFSS and best design practices for RF PCBs
The ability to translate a high-level vision into detailed requirements and a practical implementation.
Experience taking projects from concept through to production.
Proven leadership and people skills.
BS or higher in electrical engineering.
4 years or more of experience developing RF circuits.
