Key Responsibilities:

• Perform drive test-based optimization using Actix.
• Drive 4G/5G optimization for single site tuning and/or cluster-level optimization.
• 5G optimization experience, including Sub6 Optimization, Idle/Connected Mode Optimization, Carrier Aggregation, mmWave Optimization, VONR, NSA, and SA.
• Multi-Layer Cluster Optimization across 5G, LTE, and UMTS networks.
• Independently analyze KPIs and address network quality issues.
• Implement and tune 5G/4G LTE radio network parameters.
• Perform network performance management tasks such as trending, analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Nokia or Ericsson tools (e.g., NetAct OSS, Web Element Manager, CM Editor, SON, etc.) for network performance analysis and reporting.
• Perform in-depth counter-based analysis for performance degradation issues.
• Provide solutions for network performance issues such as throughput issues, drop call rates, access/rach failures.
• Expertise in Radio Resource Management (RRM) functions, including handover control, admission controls, and capacity management.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting using drive testing equipment such as Actix, Nemo, TEMS, X-CAL, Windcatcher, and FalconSmart.
• Knowledge of running traces for troubleshooting and analysis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of RF Optimization experience, with at least 2 years in 5G.
• Must have experience with 4G/5G drive test-based optimization (single site and cluster-level).
• Familiar with Nokia NetAct OSS or Ericsson and alarm management, performance suite, and parameter configuration.
• Expertise in KPI analysis, performance monitoring, and problem-solving.
• Experience with LTE/5G parameters, KPI counters, and OPI counters.
• Solid experience in troubleshooting, including tasks like resetting eNB/gNB/RRH, changing parameters, running XLM plans, and resolving alarms.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with T-Mobile tools like OneData, Truecall, ActixOne, Atoll, Asset, IMNOS, and RFDS.
• Hands-on experience with Nokia TDD and FDD parameters.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, macros), and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
