AECOM is seeking a Water Campaigns Marketing Lead to support our Water Business Line.
With accelerating water infrastructure investment worldwide, our services are in great demand. To help us deliver our projects, were looking for great people with a desire to get things done. This includes people who can help us deliver marketing campaigns that articulate why AECOM is a great place to work.
The role will report to the Global Strategic Marketing & Communications Lead, Water and will work in collaboration with our Global Strategic Marketing Team and our Los Angeles and New York campaign leads to support content development and campaign activity that will attract the best talent needed to win and deliver water projects across North America.
**_This position is initially a temporary role of 6 months, with the opportunity to become a long term role. The position will be remote/virtual and can be based from a variety of locations in the US._**
The Water Campaigns Lead will be a strategic thinker and be able to form clear talent attraction plans that revolve around our workforce planning demands. They will also be able to work on a tactical level and create content to deliver targeted, multi-channel paid and organic campaigns to attract the best talent into AECOM, demonstrating clear ROI along the way.
The candidate will need to utilize the core elements of our brand identity, applying the corresponding language, style and tone throughout all activity.
+ Partnering with the Global Strategic Marketing team, Talent Acquisition teams and other key internal stakeholders to develop targeted messaging and content that positions AECOM as the employer of choice for Water professionals across North America.
+ Implementing integrated marketing and communications activities to build strong prospect relationships as well as internal marketing initiatives to promote internal referrals and employee engagement.
+ The Water Campaigns Lead will have a can do attitude and be comfortable developing strategy as well as rolling their sleeves up to develop, write and roll out content.
+ Measurement (analytics and spend) is critical to ensure campaign performance. The candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate benefits and ROI of each campaign activity to wider business stakeholders to ensure spend (where necessary) is optimized.
+ Identifying the most effective digital/social media channels to promote specific job vacancies. The candidate will utilize SEO/PPC, strategic placements of online recruiting banners, email marketing and analytics to increase candidate traffic to our recruitment platforms.
+ Project management and content development of in-person and virtual recruitment events, utilizing our bespoke virtual careers fair platform.
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources or a related subject plus at least 8 years of relevant experience in a marketing role or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
+ Experience in an Employer Brand and/or Marketing role with experience in leading content creation and campaigns
+ A background in digital strategy and tactical digital marketing including writing and rolling out paid and organic social media, SEO (organic and PPC) development of campaign activity to aid lead generation, email marketing and CRM management.
+ Ability to show an appreciation of technology and digital advances and how AECOM can leverage Artificial Intelligence to underpin a best-in-class approach to candidate attraction.
+ Experience of utilizing Applicant Tracking and Customer Relationship Management systems to their full potential from a candidate attraction perspective.
+ Demonstrated ability to digest and use data to drive decisions making.
+ Champions and promotes diversity within the business and to the external market.
+ Ability to be hands on and lead by example.
+ Problem solving and solutions orientated person.
+ Ability to manage complex situations and work in high pressure situations.
+ Possess the experience, confidence, and presence to influence and engage TA, Marketing, HR and Operational leads.
+ Ability to work in the best interests of the business whilst remaining ethical and compliant, leading by example.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The hourly range for this position is $39 - $71/hour. _Please note that this role can be based anywhere in the United States and compensation data will vary in each location._
