Apply instructional design methodologies to develop training materials, including courses, user guides, checklists, presentations, and videos. Design and develop graphics, infographics, and other visuals for presentations and training. Collaborate with the training team and technical subject matter experts to identify training opportunities. Translate technical information and application tool capabilities into end-user training. Conduct engaging and inclusive training sessions, workshops, and webinars, ensuring content is accessible and resonates with a diverse, non-technical audience. Deliver enterprise-wide cybersecurity and privacy awareness training on topics such as phishing, social engineering, cyber hygiene, and insider threats. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve performance. Support training team in reporting and administrative tasks. Qualifications
Must be a US citizen and eligible for a Public Trust clearance. Experience in Instructional System Design (ISD) and graphic design. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, impactful learning materials. Creative and proactive problem-solving skills for developing training and communication materials. Strong visual design skills for impactful presentations and training materials. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality standards. Excellent written and presentation skills. Knowledge & Experience
Proficiency with visual design tools (PowerPoint, Articulate, Photoshop, Canva) and storyboarding. Experience in training, presentation, and facilitation. Experience with digital learning platforms and blended learning approaches. Experience implementing training projects within U.S. federal agencies or similar large organizations. Project management experience ensuring on-schedule performance and stakeholder reporting.
