This role is based in Cupertino office. Employment Type: W2 Contract for 12 Months Pay range: $78-$83/hr. on W2 The position requires a hands-on, get-the-job-done attitude. You know SEO best practices and can conceive, plan, and deliver complex projects that drive the business forward. You understand that our organic search presence is an extension of marketing - and needs to be at the same level of quality. And you're great at building relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. You will be part of the SEO team managing organic search, and you will also work with a cross-functional team across marketing, engineering, product management, and merchandising. Key Qualifications 5-7 years of experience with SEO for a global enterprise or digital agency. Solid experience managing complex international, large-scale, and time-critical projects. Expert understanding of the latest SEO best practices across all significant worldwide search engines. Excellent communication skills, especially an ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights. Expert understanding of SEO analytics. Ability to define program metrics and collaborate with analytics on program reporting. Understanding of AI Search and behavior of all major AI answer engines and agents. Awareness of new user journeys with AI search. Knowledge of content strategy and copy optimization techniques. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Self-starter, self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Experience working with a global brand preferred Description Responsible for shaping the organic search strategy for Clients products and services across several of digital platforms. Manage the organic search feature backlog and bring SEO projects from ideation to production with different developer teams. Work with Client's interactive team to ensure new product sites are optimized for SEO from the moment of launch. Regularly analyze search trends and provide insights and opportunities. Pioneer AI readiness by adapting our SEO approach for AI search experiences. Develop and implement cutting-edge content strategies to ensure content is optimized for AI search environments and conversational interfaces. Responsible for meeting SEO revenue targets by implementing relevant optimizations in collaboration with the regional marketing leads. Work closely with other program managers to continuously find new business opportunities. Be an evangelist for SEO programs and projects globally, communicating the impact on Clients financial and brand goals. Develop appropriate KPIs for SEO-related projects and create reports to communicate performance.
