Technical Editor/Writer - RECENT GRADS are more than Welcome!

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Editor/Writer to join our Client Relations team and support formal written responses to client and senior investor inquiries. This role plays a key part in maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating, researching, and resolving operational client complaints — all communicated in a clear, professional, and compliant written format.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve a high volume of operational client complaints
• Draft formal written responses to communicate the firm’s decisions to clients
• Ensure all communications adhere to regulatory and firm compliance standards
• Support operational functions such as:
• Privacy opt-out requests
• Managing incoming calls
• Contributing to ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in writing, editing, or communications
• Strong written communication and research skills
• Ability to manage a high workload with attention to detail
• Experience in client relations or financial services preferred
