Role Overview
As an Integration Technician, you will install and configure operating room integration systems. Responsibilities include interpreting project documents, using hand tools to install equipment, terminating cables, testing systems, and verifying configurations with hospital networks. This role involves extensive travel, including overnight stays.
Location
This is a remote-based, customer-facing position. Candidates must be based in New Jersey.
Travel Expectations
You will travel across the country to various installation sites via company vehicle or air travel, often with 1-3 weeks' notice. Travel may include day trips, overnight, or week-long stays. Hours vary based on customer needs; overtime is common.

Responsibilities
- Install operating room integration systems, including physical setup, wiring, software configuration, and testing.
- Support project installations under supervision, conducting testing and demonstrations.
- Provide progress reports and complete administrative tasks.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of cable/audio visual/electronics installation experience or an Associate's degree in Electronics, plus 1+ year of related experience.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Biomed/Hospital IT experience preferred.
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computers, Windows, video technology, and networking.
- Flexible, able to handle changing priorities, and willing to travel extensively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Ability to meet hospital/customer credentialing requirements.
