Overview
The Marketing organization is looking for a highly motivated, experienced marketing leader to join the team. This role requires creating and managing the holistic brand and communication activities and collaborating with a diverse set of global stakeholders within and outside of the Marketing organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Partner with Global Events to oversee the industry and top-tier Sabre-hosted events including planning, logistics, attendance, presentations, and branding
Plan and execute all internal and external customer-related events
Conduct intake sessions to understand internal needs to execute successful events to achieve brand awareness, thought leadership, and provide a platform for the sales and account team
Provide experiential marketing services for Premier Partners, including developing marketing benefits and comms plan and execution for meetings and engagements
Secure, manage, and ship marketing branded assets and giveaways to create “event in a box” for the sales team to set up at regional and customer events
Secure speakers for on-site and virtual speaking opportunities, work with brand manager to develop presentations and speaking points
Host executive webinars including All Hands and Fireside Chats
Manage all invoicing for the marketing budget
Qualifications and education requirements
Bachelor’s degree desired or relevant experience in marketing
5-7 years of experiential marketing and corporate event planning
Ability to develop event marketing strategy by understanding the target audience, creating compelling event themes and branding, employing strategic promotional tactics to maximize attendance and engagement
Strong/logical decision maker with a critical path and reactionary strength
Exceptional organizational, project management, design, and financial skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
Knowledgeable in event production including technical direction and audio-visual
Resilient, flexible and adaptable
Unbridled creativity, visionary thinker, and concept design experience
Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a fast-paced environment
Domain expertise in the travel industry or with hospitality products a plus
Proficient in MS Office tools
