Its innovative multi-platinum artists and partners drive billions of streams each year with acts including Ice Spice, Trippie Redd, iann dior, Surfaces, YTB Fatt, COIN, Salem Ilese and many more. The company is dedicated to continually pursuing philanthropy efforts expressed through its 10K Together division. Based in Los Angeles, CA, 10K Projects is committed to recognize and champion the unique visions of creatives and storytellers of tomorrow.Your role:The Digital Marketing team at 10K Projects is looking for a Coordinator who will have a key role in the overall daily digital operations. This role will work with the Digital Marketing Strategists to ensure all artist releases are functioning at the highest level. This is also a key pathway to growing your career in Digital Marketing. A successful coordinator will have a strong attention to detail with creative and big ideas.
Here you’ll get to:Provide support to the Digital Marketing Team on execution and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and strategic audience development strategies.
Send Assets (Artwork/Video) to design team for asset creation to support all releases
Participate in weekly brainstorms about our artists’ digital strategies
Create custom ticket links as needed (for releases, ticket sales, streams, etc)
QA and upload social assets for artist channels, updating content over the lifecycle of a song or album
Add tour and livestream dates to artist websites and social media
Strategize and create content for and post to all official 10K Projects social channels including our TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook
Assist with quick design tasks like changing text or resizing existing images
Flag potential problems as seen on social (negative comments, talk of leaks, etc)
Support department with admin tasks such as scheduling
Work collaboratively with other departments such as Marketing, Production, and A&R Admin to set up for releases across multiple artists
Edit video social posts for artists
Maintain expert level knowledge of content formats across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.
Create short form digital marketing content to support our artists and releases
About you:Knowledge of and passion for social media platforms, websites, music streaming services, and apps
Strong organizational and project management skills with added attention to details and deadlines
Experience in social media
direct to consumer marketing, and/or content creation
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with both creative and business oriented colleagues and partners
Outstanding verbal and written communicator
Excellent problem solver and self-starter
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to work optimally under pressure and balance multiple priorities
Expertise in social media content strategy with a passion for fan-focused digital strategies
We’d love it if you also had:Experience using project management software such as Jira and Basecamp
Understanding of social media analytics and posting tools such as Falcon and HootSuite
Passion for short form content, editing and digital marketing
