Human Resources Manager at Classic Floors Ferrazzano
Summary of Position
The Design Consultantworks closely with customers in the Design Lounge to create a design experience to personalize their interior finishes. The Design Consultant designs and processes selections for inventory homes and serves as a key decision-maker in showroom operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide professional recommendations on the appearance and functionality of all interior finish products.
- Assist customers with making selections to customize their new home.
- Enter customer information/selections into SalesHub and collect payments.
- Request and process custom details as necessary.
- Process interior selection sheets and change orders for inventory homes.
- Serve as a key decision-maker, working with leadership to manage the showroom.
- Maintain communication with construction, vendors, and sales.
- Oversee the maintenance of samples (cabinets, tile, wood, carpet, etc.) for the showroom.
- Produce and analyze product data to identify trends in the market.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a design related field; prior design related experience with a homebuilder preferred.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent customer service skills, detail oriented, self-disciplined, and organized with focus on excellent follow-up.
- Ability to deal with conflict and set expectations.
- Great listening skills and creative problem solving with the ability to provide a solution.
- Effective communication skills, high level of integrity, time management skills and a sense of urgency.
- Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
Work Availability
- Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Must be regularly available and willing to work at least full workdays from Monday through Friday and such other hours as the Company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
