We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to support our dynamic Energy team in the US West. This position requires a detail-oriented individual, with a background in marketing and/or communications-a team player who can lead a pursuit process, communicate effectively, manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and thrive in a deadline driven environment.

Your Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare engaging pursuit and promotional materials which highlight our depth of experience and expertiseMaintain positive working relationships with your Energy business leadership, practitioners, and marketing teamPartner with the Account Management team to drive key client growth strategiesManage varying prioritiesWork closely with our marketing leadership team to drive success and set us apartBusiness and market analysis, research, and reporting of trends and resultsProposal writing, positioning, and interview preparationCollaborate with our Public Relations team on key pursuits, promotional activities, and positioning campaigns

Salary Range(s):CA Other Areas $41.68 Per Hour - CA Other Areas $60.48 Per Hour Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CA (SF Area includes SF, SJS & WLC)
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
Regular full-time and part-time employees have access to medical, dental, and vision plans, a wellness program, health saving accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase program, life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short-term/long-term disability plans, emergency travel benefits, tuition reimbursement, professional membership fee coverage and paid family leave.
