Job Description:We are seeking a Senior Editorial Manager to play a pivotal role in managing the creation of courses, and hands on experiences on our technology upskilling platform that have global reach and impact. This position falls under the Director of Curriculum and is crucial for the development and coordination of innovative training content.What you''ll do:
Integrate with optimization teams to align learner feedback with content styles and paths to facilitate iterative change to better facilitate learner outcomes.
Collaborate with the Director of Curriculum (DC) and Curriculum Manager/Product Coordinators (CM/PC) to align authors with content creation priorities.
Develop and refine new styles and “Proof of Concepts” for innovative content.
Coordinate the use of studio recording resources, manage the use of creative services to assist in the production of premium content.
Manage team of word-class Authors and Subject Matter Experts, guiding and supporting their professional development, as well as their delivery of video and hands on technical training courses.
Oversee and coordinate talks and presentations given by staff Author Talks, including commitments and presentations.
Work closely with the marketing team for content promotion, including creating one-pagers, blog posts, and social media strategies
Coordinate alignment of existing content with customer requirements and initiatives in coordination with Curriculum Strategy
Experience you’ll bring:
Experience in digital content management and production, preferably in the technology industry
Experience or knowledge of the current cybersecurity and IT operations landscape
Understanding of the roles, responsibilities and skills needed within cybersecurity and IT operations teams
A proven track record in technical education with knowledge of instructional design techniques and approaches
Familiarity with audio and video production, or other types of graphical communication
Experience curating media around cybersecurity or IT Ops topics such as blog posts, podcasts, conference talks, training content, etc.
Ready for bonus points?
Bachelor or graduate degree in information technology, cybersecurity, digital media, or related field. (Adjust as needed.)
Certifications in Security or IT Ops topics such as Security+, Network+, CISSP, CEH, CySA+, etc.
