Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 1 year of experience with software design, architecture, and Machine Learning.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), such as through API integration, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or building applications with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience with Generative AI Agents and Front-End Development.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to our Agentic Platform initiatives, designing, developing, and deploying full-stack agentic solutions that assist SMEs by providing analysis and automating operational tasks. You will need a blend of software engineering fundamentals, a passion for applied AI, and a collaborative, product-focused mindset.

We aim to create trusted experiences and help grow businesses of all sizes with effective tools that deliver measurable results.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are role, level, and location-dependent. Your recruiter will share specific details during the hiring process. Note that listed compensation reflects base salary only, excluding bonuses, equity, or benefits. Responsibilities:

• Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select technologies.
• Contribute to documentation and educational content, updating based on product changes and user feedback.
• Triage and debug system issues, analyzing impacts on hardware, network, or service quality.
• Design, develop, and launch full-stack solutions focusing on building intelligent agents with LLMs.
• Contribute to the technical strategy and architecture for GenAI applications within the Ads Safety ecosystem.
