Our Marketing team is an important part of our growth. This position will report to the Product Marketing Manager to oversee the development and implementation of the company’s product marketing strategies for both domestic and international markets. The Associate Product Manager is responsible for developing product line expertise, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new product development and product launches, managing product lifecycles, and the day-to-day management of product-related issues. RESPONSIBILITIES The job responsibilities of the Associate Product Manager may include, but are not limited to: Develop expertise in assigned product line/category. Understand and share market composition, segmentation, & trends Provide content for marketing materials, collateral, training, etc. Support in the development of product training sessions for sales professionals or key leaders. Develop and manage website content. Manage assigned product line lifecycles. Manage products’ lifecycles from launch to obsolescence. Obtain and review customer input/feedback for marketing and new product management. Develop pricing and marketing strategies. Product Development Collaborate with the development team to design new product/s through a stage gate design process. Responsibilities include design wish list, marketing and economic feasibilities, claims, packaging configurations, initiating label creation, pricing, forecasting, launch and execution strategy, etc. Perform competitive analysis to determine product features, positioning, etc. Attend tradeshows and meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree: Marketing or business preferred. 0 to 3 years of work experience in marketing. Technical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills. Detail and goal-oriented with high standards for quality and performance. Ability to effectively work with others to achieve common objectives. Excellent verbal and written (formal & creative) communication skills. Exceptional time management skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience with Propel, Loftware, and Power of BI a plus.
