Overview:The Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager will help us reach our customer acquisition and expansion goals by leading content creation, field enablement, thought leadership, and market research for TTT’s roadmap of premium professional services and support offerings. This role will synthesize product detail into compelling articulations of value, conduct research to gain and share market insights, and know how to efficiently gather information and feedback from cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:Conduct market research with a focus on key industries, personas, or competitors, and share resulting insights to influence go-to-market decisions in North America and the UK.Create positioning, customer-facing sales presentations, collateral, and web content for chosen industry verticals and buyer personas.Train customer-facing teams on our packaged solutions for key customer segments; gather continuous feedback from field teams on their experience selling these solutions.Author thought leadership content for large internal and external audiences, in the form of presentations, blog posts, contributed articles, etc.Work with other marketers to drive programs and campaigns aimed at chosen industries or buyer personas, advising on strategy, and contributing content.Manage programs to inform and collaborate with industry analysts and influencers.
Deliverables:Market Research Reports: detailed analysis of market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and potential opportunities, leading to recommendations for solution offer enhancements.Customer Segmentation & Persona Development: buyer personas to guide targeted marketing efforts and segmentation strategies to tailor marketing and sales approaches to specific customer groups.Product Launch Plans: Go-to-market strategies for new services or support offerings.Content: A portfolio of materials tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey + sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, product datasheets, and FAQ documents.Customer Feedback and Satisfaction Surveys: feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights along with an analysis of customer satisfaction and loyalty to inform service improvements.Partner and Channel Marketing Initiatives: programs and campaigns designed to engage and enable partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other related disciplines is required.7-10 years of experience in SaaS or computer software preferred.B2B / SMB experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, and/or sales enablement in technology companies with multiple product offerings.Experience working collaboratively with sales, product, and other teams to extract insights and drive go-to-market decisions.Ability to synthesize complex product details into clear and persuasive value propositions.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications (nice-to-haves):UK/EMEA Go-to-Market experience in the SMB realm.A master’s degree in marketing, communications, or other related disciplines is a plus.Strong networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with key influencers in the industry.Effective project management skills to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously.Strong business acumen with the ability to work through ambiguity.
