Mill is seeking an experienced Marketing manager to drive our ambitious D2C marketing program for 2024 and beyond. As a senior marketer on the team, you will respond to new insights from marketing work live in marketing channels and lead ongoing evolution to our creative and messaging approach. You will own the concepting, campaign development and execution of campaigns across storylines and seasonal opportunities. And you will drive measurement and reporting for campaign opportunities and partner with channel leaders to ensure consistency of message across owned, paid and earned media.
Concept and implement marketing campaigns end-to-end across all live channels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, implement targeted campaigns, and drive revenue growth.Identify seasonal and cultural opportunities relevant to Mill's marketing program and ideate unique marketing activations.Accelerate the deployment of growth marketing programs, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and cohesion in marketing efforts. Foster a collaborative environment to drive joint initiatives and achieve common goals.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience, with 4+ years in consumer marketing (D2C)Proven experience in leading work, teams and managing cross-functional projectsProven experience managing multichannel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growthStrong analytical and reporting skills
The estimated base salary range for this position is $137k to $180k, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs.
